Dr Chris Prosser: an integral technology on the pro surfing tour
Dr Chris Prosser, Medical Director of the World Surf League, explains how LymphaTouch fits into his preparation and injury recovery work with professional surfers.

Dr Chris Prosser has been part of the World Professional Surfing Tour since 1994. He was previously a treating physician on the Australasian Professional Golf Association (PGA) Tour from 1992 to 2001, and he has also worked at the Winter Olympics and the X Games and with a wide variety of professional sporting bodies.
Over the last 30 years I have worked on perfecting my craft in the support of elite professional athletes and high performers in all walks of life.
A balanced life requires great functional capacity for change and adaptability, and tissue resilience and efficiency under load. When this is achieved, it creates consistent optimal performance.
The LymphaTouch system is one technology that supports this objective. It uniquely integrates decompressive performance and fascial release recovery technology into one streamlined, time-efficient and user-friendly system.
LymphaTouch offers vibrational frequency settings and decompression options that integrate seamlessly into my preparation and injury recovery care programmes.
From abdominal scar tissue remediation to promote intra-abdominal pressure, to preventatively optimising fascial plane function in and around bony prominences like the pelvis, hip and knee, LymphaTouch has become an integral technology on tour. It is perfect for acute injury recovery through facilitating lymphatic decompression, and it sits well as an adjunct to promote healing in chronic dynamic neuromuscular stability syndromes when integrated with active functional movement and breath rehabilitation.
